    A man whose decomposed body was found Friday afternoon in a mudflat near the Dumbarton Bridge was identified Tuesday as a 65-year-old Union City resident who committed suicide, authorities said. A missing persons report for the man had been taken by the California Highway Patrol on April 27 after his car was found abandoned about 5:30 a.m. that day on the San Mateo Bridge, CHP Officer Art Montiel said.
