    On Friday, organizers of a drive to cut the freeholder board from seven to five members and slash the salaries of those that remain, turned in more than enough signatures to get those two questions on the November ballot. Lt. Bob Gant, president of the Salem County Fraternal Order of Police, the organization which has promoted the drive, presented Salem County Clerk Gilda Gill with a large stack of petitions containing some 2,800 signatures backing the efforts.
