    On 04/13/15, the Frederick County Sheriff's Office arrested Nicholas Kemp Buppert, age 23 of Frederick, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of paraphernalia. At approximately 8:15 p.m., Deputy First Class Marc Destefano initiated a traffic stop for an equipment violation on Interstate 70 in the area of Maryland Route 15. During the traffic stop a Sheriff's Office K-9 unit responded to assist.
