Police say Sophus turned himself in to the Franklin Police Department on November 7, 2017, at 9:05 am, on warrants dated Saturday, November 3, 2017, for assault by drive-by-shooting, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
