    Bryan A. Stout died at the scene of the single-vehicle crash, police said. It was reported about 8 p.m. by neighbors who heard it and went to investigate. They found a gold 1992 Lexus "up a tree" in a yard. Stout, the driver, had hit the tree head-on, police said.
