    A 50-year-old man from Foxboro pleaded guilty Friday to federal mail fraud charges after prosecutors alleged he stole more than $1 million from a portable toilet business and used the money for expenses, including season tickets to the New England Patriots. Michael J. Catlow, 50, pleaded guilty to four counts of mail fraud in U.S. District Court, admitting to Judge Timothy S. Hillman that he stole money for personal use but maintaining the dollar figure was closer to $400,000 instead of $1 million.
