Attorney Stephen Garcia of Long Beach law firm Garcia, Artigliere & Medby alleges in a suit filed March 19 in Orange County Superior Court that Arlayne Hoover died of injuries suffered at ManorCare Health Services at 11680 Warner Ave. The complaint alleges elder abuse, negligence, negligent hiring and supervision, fraud and wrongful death.
