Her husband, a prolific watercolorist also adept at cartoons and commercial art, created a card for her several times a year - for their anniversary in January; Valentine's Day and her birthday in February, plus Mother's Day and Christmas.

    A body matching the description of a missing Fostoria man was found late Sunday morning on the city's northeast side, authorities said. Fostoria police said a forensic autopsy will be used both to confirm that the body is that of Quinncy Pullom, 39, and to determine a cause of death.
