    Police say a 17-year-old arrested last month in a child pornography bust fondled a third-grader at the Hurst elementary school where he was posing as a 12-year-old. Ricardo Javid Lugo was charged with possession with the intent to promote child pornography after police found thousands of pornographic images at the Fort Worth home he shared with Randy Ray Wesson, 28. On Friday, Lugo was charged with sexual indecency with a child, and his bail was increased from $250,000 to $300,000.
