    Texas Department of Public Transportation officers were called to the crash at 8 a.m. on Aug. 27 near FM 2037, 10 miles outside Fort Stockton. A preliminary investigation of the crash revealed that Robert N. Beal, 65, was riding his bicycle south on FM 2037 while Darren J. Hinsley, 30, was driving in the same direction.
