    Officers with the Lufkin Police Department arrested a 23-year-old man Tuesday in connection to allegations that he used information from Casa Ole customers' pre-paid credit and debit cards to add bogus large tip amounts to small purchases, resulting in the business losing $4,249.84 in disputed charges. Louis Antonio Martinez-Ruiz, of Lufkin, was booked into the Angelina County Jail on a state-jail felony theft between $1,500 and $20,000 charge Tuesday.
