    A dolphin was found dead on Fort Myers Beach near the Red Coconut RV Park around 3:30 p.m. Thursday, according to Rae Blake, the town's environmental and stormwater technician. She said a resident notified Town Hall of it and the dolphin was picked up by members of the town's public works crew, who handed it over to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
