    A Fort Lupton couple has been charged with child abuse, drug possession, and first-degree criminal trespass in connection with police finding methamphetamine in the trailer home where the couple lived illegally with their four children. Gregory Gallegos, 29, and Nicole Zapata, 25, each were charged with three counts of child abuse after police found meth in the trailer in the early morning of Saturday, June 10. The drugs were "in close proximity to the children, right out in the open," said John Fryar, a Fort Lupton Police administrative sergeant.
