    Idaho State Police have closed Interstate 15 in both directions between Exit 80 at Fort Hall and Exit 93 at US Highway 26. A multi vehicle crash was reported there. Eyewitnesses said a semi-truck had rolled and that there were several wrecks behind that.

    The Idaho State Police say that on Saturday, November 8 at 3:38 p.m., a one vehicle accident claimed the life of one person. The accident happened along Interstate 15 near Fort Hall at milepost 82. Andrew Newman, 65 of Pocatello, driving a 2000 Chevy Tahoe, was southbound when he left the roadway, traveled through the median and across the northbound lanes.

Shoshone Bannock Tribes Executive Director Angelo Gonzales says officers received a report of shots fired in the home around 3 a.m., but they have not confirmed whether shots were indeed fired or if anyone was injured.
