Catron, 24, Gouverneur, on Oct. 28 with third-degree criminal sex act, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child. Troopers allege that at about 4 p.m. Oct. 27, Mr. Catron and Mr. Dabrieo victimized a runaway who was under the age of 17. No other information is available at this time, as the investigation into the charges is ongoing, troopers said.
