The referendum for District 5, which includes Webster, Humboldt, Greene, Wright, Hamilton, Pocahontas, Calhoun, Buena Vista and Sac counties, will be held Dec. 6. Dan Kinney, Iowa Central Community president, said the cost to the taxpayers would equal 84 cents per $100,000 per month for a homeowner and 20 cents per acre per year for agricultural land.
