    "When they flush the wipes, they collect in uneven surfaces in the lines, and then as the grease comes down there and as it cools, it becomes in a gel type state and attaches to the wet wipes and then it becomes a grease ball in that sense," said Fort Branch Sewer Department Superintendent, Glen Weiss. It costs more than $1,000 each time the lines have to be unclogged and the cost is beginning to add up.
