    A landslide the size of three football fields in the San Bernardino County mountains is threatening several homes, a fire station and a major road used by hundreds of residents, fire officials said. Four homes and a San Bernardino County fire station in the unincorporated community of Forest Falls are directly in the path of the hillside, which started moving about 10 a.m. Thursday, fire department spokesman Eric Sherwin said.

    FOREST FALLS >> A Christian camp here is no longer pursuing a plan to sell as much as 30,000 gallons of spring water daily to “sustain the ministry and operations.” Forest Home, which recently hired a hydrologist to evaluate the plan, has announced it will not move forward with the plan to sell spring water. “After evaluating all the dynamics that are in play, Forest Home has decided not to move forward with the water licensing project at this time,” Gary Wingerd, president, said in a letter to the Forest Falls residents.
