    Fugitive Apprehension Detectives of the Fontana Police Department raided a home in the 9000 block of Kempster Avenue to apprehend Edgar Carrizalez, 24, of Fontana, according to a police news release. Carrizalez was wanted on a $750,000 warrant in connection to the child pornography accusations after he was arrested in January 2016 by the department's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

The indictment names Starlight Reclamation Environmental Services, Inc., along with company owner and president Christopher Jaramillo, 47, of Victorville; former company vice president Robert Conn, 74, of Torrance; former plant operator Andrew Hucks, 29, who at one time was resident of Riverside but now lives in another state; and another former plant operator Fernando Torres, 40, who was a resident of San Bernardino but is now believed to be living in the Central Valley.

Therefore, his actions were legally justified,” according to a District Attorney's Office statement released Tuesday.
