Alan Ruth, 48, was riding at 1:23 a.m. on Macungie Mountain Road toward Saint Peters Road in Upper Milford Township when the Jeep -- likely from model years 1992-96 -- made a left from Saint Peters Road and crossed into the oncoming lane on Macungie Mountain, hitting the bicycle, police said.
