The Morning News of Florence reported that 31-year-old David Grimsley Jr., of Scranton, has been charged with three counts of grand larceny and one count of violating the Motor Vehicle Chop Shop, Stolen and Altered Property Act.

    A Florence, South Carolina, man who left a pup locked inside of a parked car for over three hours, has been arrested and charged with animal cruelty, reported Tuesday's WMBF News. The arrest of 26-year-old Ricky Lamar Hughes took place after a mall security guard noticed a distressed dog locked inside of a parked car on June 20. The dog, described as a small, gray pup, was inside of a vehicle that had the windows barely cracked.
