    A man who failed to appear in court in connection with an armed-robbery-with-a-knife charge is this week's "Fugitive of the Week." Jeremy Whitehead, 30, who also goes by Jeremy Crawford Tinkham, is wanted on a warrant issued by the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.

    A Massachusetts man who said a newspaper once falsely portrayed him as a suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing has been charged with sexual assault. Prosecutors say the 20-year-old Barhoum assaulted a woman in November in his dorm room when he was a student at Fitchburg State University.

    A Purple Heart awarded to a soldier from New Hampshire killed in World War II's Battle of the Bulge that turned up recently after a woman's death has brought together two branches of a family that never knew of the other's existence. Eugene Victor Call, a U.S. Army technician, was killed March 2, 1945, with seven other platoon members near Kapellen, Germany, at 32. He was assigned to the 2nd Platoon, Company C, 643rd Tank Destroyer Battalion, 83rd Infantry Division.
