    One of three men indicted by a grand jury last week for the 2003 murder of Christian Perez in Fitchburg was arraigned Wednesday in Superior Court, according to Worcester County District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr. Mitchell Rivera, 36, of Boston, appeared in Worcester Superior Court on charges of murder, possession of ammunition without an FID card and illegal possession of a firearm not at home or work. Last week, two of the three men indicted, Tyrone Strong, 38, of Dorchester, and Giovanni Rivera Carrasquillo, 28, of Roxbury, were arraigned on the same charges.
