    Freddy Angel Deya was ordered held without bail pending a dangerousness hearing Tuesday after being charged with attempted murder for allegedly shooting at a husband and wife on Friday, May 26 because the wife has a court case against him, according to court documents. Deya, 29, of 69 Academy St., Fitchburg was arrested and charged of assault to murder and discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling for the May 26 shooting and a charge of witness intimidation when he allegedly threatened to kill the 26-year-old city woman Monday for a court case she filed against him in August 2016 for allegedly damaging her vehicle, according to a police report of the investigation.
