    On Oct. 2 at 7:07 a.m., Tristine Bockrath, 35, Ottawa, was eastbound on Road M, Union Township, when a deer entered the roadway and struck the side of her car. On Oct. 2 at 2:42 p.m., Renee Winstead, 30, Columbus Grove, entered the intersection of State Route 15 and Road I-9 and failing to yield the right-of-way to Misty Conner, 31, Ottawa, who struck Winstead's vehicle.

    On Aug. 23 at 9:53 a.m., Eva Brown, 47, Findlay, was easbound on State Route 613, Van Buren Township, drove off the right side of the road, struck a mailbox and a power pole. Brown's vehicle flipped and rolled onto its side before coming to a stop in the middle of the roadway.

Willes B. Kaufman, 85, Continental, who was also northbound on SR 15 behind Davis, failed to maintain assured clear distance and struck the rear of Davis' vehicle.

    A Leipsic woman who entered guilty pleas to charges of involuntary manslaughter and aggravated robbery on May 2 was sentenced in Hancock County Common Pleas court last Wednesday, May 9. The prosecution's case against Jessica Kisseberth, 27, asserted she and two accomplices, Alexander and Joseph V. Fleming, 28, Toledo, conspired to rob Husam H. Coleman, 38, Chicago, at the Findlay Econo Lodge Motel on Feb. 17, 2017. During the attempt, Coleman shot and killed Alexander.

Jessica Kisseberth, 27, was originally charged with murder and aggravated robbery related to the shooting death of Marcus Alexander, 31, Toledo, in Feb. of 2017.
