    A local industrial plant was evacuated early today because of a bomb threat, but no suspicious objects were found during a search, in what is a second such incident over the past two weeks, authorities said. An employee of Nissin Brake Ohio Inc. on 1901 Industrial Dr. reported to his supervisor about 2 a.m. that a note was left warning of a bomb in the building, Findlay police said.
