The Bellingham Herald reports court documents filed Wednesday show a blood sample taken from 34-year-old William Jeffery Klein revealed no drugs in his system when his SUV hit and killed two teens and injured two others June 10. Prosecutors say Klein has said he fell asleep at the wheel and also acknowledged regular marijuana use although he said he hadn't smoked any that day.
