    The village of Fayetteville is expected to vote tonight on a plan to hire sharpshooters for its deer management program, rather than using volunteer archers to bait and kill deer as initially planned. The village's deer committee has recommended the village sign an agreement with the U.S. Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, also known as USDA-APHIS, to kill deer using rifles with suppressors at designated sites, said Fayetteville Mayor Mark Olson.
