    U.S. flags are being lowered to half-staff within the State Capitol Complex and on all state buildings in honor of a Michigan Department of Natural Resources conservation officer who died in a small plane crash. Gov. Rick Snyder ordered Thursday's flag-lowering honor for 58-year-old Arthur A. Green III of Farmington Hills.
