    A registered nurse working for the Missaukee Commission on Aging has filed a lawsuit against the county, alleging breach of contract for denying her access to the county's retirement plan and benefits. In the lawsuit, which was filed on Pree's behalf by the Farmington Hills law firm of Gasiorek, Morgan, Greco, McCauley and Kotzian, P.C., Pree alleges that she is a regular full-time employee of the county and entitled to certain benefits identified in the Missaukee County Personnel Handbook, including participation in the retirement plan.
