    The North Dakota Shrine Bowl, the graduated high school senior All-Star football games played to benefit Shriners Hospitals for Children, kicks off tonight at Shanley High School in Fargo. The 11-man game is scheduled for 4 p.m. and the 9-man game at 7 p.m. The rosters for the 45th annual East vs. West Shrine Bowl are made up of 120 athletes from North Dakota and 12 athletes from northwest Minnesota.
