More than four and a half years after the Fallbrook family went missing, the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department arrested Charles Ray Merritt, 57, and charged him with killing Joseph McStay, 40; his wife, Summer, 43, and their two young sons, Gianni, 4 and Joey Jr., 3, in their home. The bodies were discovered in shallow graves in a desert near Victorville a year ago.
