He was finally pulled over at Twin Acre Court and once Chagrin Falls paramedics arrived on the scene, they were able to determine the Fairview Park man, 61, was a diabetic having a hypoglycemic episode, brought on in part by not eating, complicated by driving to meet someone in a coffee house in Chagrin Falls where a boil order was in effect.
