    Fairfield Police are investigating a break-in and sexual assault that reportedly occurred at an apartment complex over the weekend. According to police, around 6:45 a.m. a suspect entered the apartment located on Hollyhock Court on Sunday, March 17. A male resident, 32, was tied up after a confrontation, and the suspect then sexually assaulted a 37-year-old female occupant, police said.

"We continue to look for skimmers each time one of our inspectors does a pump inspection, and thankfully we've found some before they could collect even more credit card information from consumers," said Butler County Auditor Roger Reynolds.
