    Daniel Fluharty Jr., 18, of Fairfield was arrested for possession of marijuana, and taken to the Jefferson County Law Center around 1:57 a.m. Saturday. According to a Jefferson County Attorney's office press release, Fluharty went through the booking process at the law center with no incident, but after being placed in a cell, he began exhibiting what appeared to be a medical issue that jail staff immediately addressed.
