    Two people spotted by a resident pushing a car down a street early Tuesday were later arrested on suspicion of car theft and weapons allegations, according to Fairfield police. Someone spotted a man and a woman on the 200 block of Concord Avenue pushing an older blue Ford Mustang down the street a little after 2 a.m. The person, who police said was not sure if the pair were having car trouble or up to no good, called police to report suspicious activity.
