    A Fairfax County elementary school music teacher has been charged in Hanover County with using a computer to solicit sexual contact with children on the internet, authorities said. The Hanover Sheriff's Office said Ryan Thomas Pick, 40, of Woodbridge was arrested Aug. 21 and charged with five felony counts of using a computer or other electronic device to facilitate lascivious contact with a minor or solicit them for sex.
