    State police have charged an Evans Mills man with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and second-degree criminal impersonation following an August incident. Troy M. Stewart, 40, Evans Mills, allegedly gave state troopers his cousin's name and personal information after he was stopped for speeding on Aug. 17. Mr. Stewart was arrested Wednesday at 10:30 p.m. and arraigned in Philadelphia Town Court.

Bautista, 26, of 28544 Fox Hollow Run, Evans Mills, with driving while intoxicated, failing to signal and driving the wrong way down a one-way street at 2:16 a.m. Monday at 200 Franklin St. His blood alcohol content was reported at 0.12 percent. Under state law, a motorist with a BAC of at least 0.08 percent is charged with DWI.
