    The Humboldt County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday is set to discuss the costs associated with the mobile home rent stabilization ballot initiative Measure V. A report by county staff estimated that the $5 fee that would collected by the county from mobile home tenants under the measure would not be enough to cover the costs to implement the program. This would mean the county would have to pay about $6,200 each year out of its General Fund with the cost increasing through time due to inflation, according to the report.
