    Two suspects have been arrested in connection with Sunday's deadly shooting at a "Stop the Violence" rally at Sims Park, police said. Gerard Anthony Jones Jr., 19, of Euclid is charged with involuntary manslaughter, and a 17-year-old Cleveland boy is charged with aggravated murder, according to a Euclid police news release issued Thursday.
