Needleman is joined again on the board of selectmen by fellow Democrat Stacia Libby and Republican Bruce Glowac Needleman's 737 majority over Pacileo was far higher than the 80-vote margin he achieved over Glowac in 2015, and also in 2011 when, in his first contested election, he defeated Bruce MacMillian by over 400 votes.
