Kalb, a volunteer in the kindergarten classrooms, noticed some kids didn't seem to have the same level of energy as others. After talking with teachers she found out some kids didn't have enough food in the morning.

The judges also rejected 49-year-old Michael Andrew Noll's claim that he can't afford to pay a $100 fine slapped on him by a county judge for the bizarre August 2013 crime in East Pennsboro Township.

Perry County Coroner Michael Shalonis said the estranged husband, Michael Lloyd Deimler, 25, also of Enola, shot both his estranged wife and her companion in the head before turning the gun on himself.
