    All month the court will be open from 8 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. for an amnesty program - dealing with warrants resulting from failure to appear, failure to pay fines, or failure to comply on misdemeanor charges. Those with warrants can come and "address the warrants without the fear of going to jail on that warrant," said Natalie Short, of the Little Rock District Court's criminal division; not, for example, traffic court.
