    Two of the people who ran The Cat Crossing shelter raided by humane officers Jan. 28 were charged today in Cleveland Municipal Court with a total of 52 counts of animal neglect. Mary Wawrytko, 64, and Joseph Scott Gray, 50, who both lived at the shelter on West 25th Street, are accused, in the charges filed by the Cleveland Animal Protective League, of keeping 147 cats in unsanitary conditions and failing to provide veterinary care.
