Trooper John Getty said Wednesday that 19-year-old Caleb Millwood of Ellijay was the victim in the one-vehicle wreck just a mile past the Dawson County line on Highway 52. Getty said Millwood drifted off to the right of the highway, then over-corrected and swerved off to the left, losing control of his car.
