Officer David Sutton, 37, is charged in Camden with two counts of misdemeanor injury to personal property after Charlotte Corso filed a criminal complaint with a Camden magistrate on July 7. Additionally, there is a civil case, because Corso was able to secure a domestic violence protective order against Sutton.
