Curtis Wilson, of the Richland County Sheriff's Department, said the student started a fight with another student on a Richland School District Two school bus, which was located on Tamwood Lane in Elgin, at about 3 p.m. When the bus driver attempted to intervene, the boy began to fight the bus driver.
