Kohler, 67, of Van Buren, a cashier at Baldwinsville Liquor Store in the village of Baldwinsville, and John B. Annal, 64, of Elbridge, who works at Butterfly Liquors in Van Buren, were issued tickets charging them with selling alcohol to a person under 21 and prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage, state police said.
