    After becoming upset with a man Capps knew, Capps went to the man's Edinburgh apartment in the 300 block of Center Cross Street, punched him, and then left with the man's phone, an Edinburgh Police Department report said. The man identified Capps based on a photograph, and the Bartholomew County Sheriff's Office deputies found Capps later that day at a home in Taylorsville, the report said.
