Ridgewood Ave. in Edgewater on Thursday, at 6 a.m. The standalone store, on the edge of the Florida Shores Plaza retail complex, is the third Dunkin' Donuts location in the nation to be certified green by the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program from the U.S. Green Building Coalition. The store features LED lighting, low-flow plumbing, ha rainwater harvesting system and a vertical garden where herbs will be grown and donated to local food banks.
